Our Buyer Protection program covers items purchased on Collectables4all.com website with eligible payment methods that are not received or not as described in the listing. All items are covered for 45 days from the date of payment must be paid for in one lump sum to be covered. In the case, when the buyer receives the item which is not as described in seller's listing, the buyer must send the item back to the seller to get the refund for the item in question. All item which have value in excess of $20 must be insured by United States Post Office. The buyer and seller must provide the proof of insurance coverage, information with the return shipping tracking number, and also delivery signature confirmation for the items that cost over $200. Once we've confirmed that the item was returned to the seller, your refund will be send to your PayPal account.  |
